Pricing FAQ
How do credits work?
All endpoints share a unified credit pool. Each endpoint consumes a different number of credits based on complexity: /metadata (0.5 credits), /seo-audit (1 credit), /performance (1.5 credits), and /snapshot (2 credits). Credits reset monthly based on your billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You'll receive a warning at 80% usage. Once you hit your limit, API requests will return a 429 status code until your credits reset or you upgrade your plan. No overage charges—predictable billing only.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans give you 17% savings (roughly 2 months free). You're billed upfront for the year, and credits still reset monthly. If you upgrade mid-year, we'll prorate the remaining months.
What's included in organization-based billing?
All team members share one credit pool and billing account. You can manage seats, projects, and permissions from your organization dashboard. Only one subscription needed per organization.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
Yes! For teams needing more than 100,000 monthly credits, custom rate limits, dedicated support with SLA, or on-premise deployment, contact our sales team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
